I am a disease ecologist with interests in metagenomics, landscape ecology, and wildlife conservation. I earned my BS in Biology from Juniata College in 2018, where I also earned my MS in Bioinformatics in 2021. Informed by theory, I use a combination of field, molecular, GIS, bioinformatic, and modeling methods to investigate the effects that anthropogenic change has on infectious diseases in wildlife communities. In my free time I enjoy playing/watching soccer, exploring new places, and tending to my house plants. |
